These chocolate or vanilla flavoured bones are made from really tough plastic with a yummy chocolate or vanilla scent and flavour. They can help to keep your dog's teeth clean and help to massage their gums, whilst also satisfying your dog's need to chew and gnaw. They're not indestructable, but they are much stronger than many other similar products - and therefore last for much longer. They can even be washed - or boiled to keep them clean. ****Please NEVER NEVER feed your dog real chocolate****. The are a mix of hicraft and chochum bones.

These minty chews can also help to keep your dog's teeth clean. When they're having a good chew, their teeth are scraped, and they enjoy the chew time too.
Dog Mate Dentease are mint flavoured non edible chews which help to masage the gums freshen the breath. They are not completely suitable for tough chewers - but they are strong. The material is sort of chewy, and whilst the Tuff-Chews are superb for strong chewers, once you use a Dent-ease, you can really see that they work differently.
You might like to try using Plaque-off, along with a Dental Chew, to give your dogs teeth a good going over.

An added bonus with these chews, is they are calorie free! And, being non-edible, they do keep your dog occupied for far longer than the edible dental chews which you might have tried, and seem to be finished in a few seconds, without even being chewed (or maybe that's just my dogs).....

This is what Nylabone say - These veterinarian recommended Nylabone Durable are long lasting chews designed for powerful chewers. The bristles raised during chewing help to clean teeth and the cleaning action helps to control plaque and tartar build up.
Do make sure that the chew is strong enough for your dog, and replace it when the knuckles are worn down.
The chews are available in chicken or yummy bacon flavour. We find these quite tough, but not as tough as the dura chews or the tuff chews

These Tuff Chews are really the toughest chews we've ever found. They are great for cleaning teeth and keeping your dog occupied for ages. Uniquely, the indents can be stuffed with tasty treats to encourage your dog to chew and lick for even longer - or to encourage your dog to find out that chewing is fun. The red chews are beef flavoured and the yellow ones are chicken flavoured.Both are ribbed to help to make the chew easy to hold and to provde extra gum massage. The raised tooth-cleaning nodules help reduce tartar and plaque whilst the varied thickness and texture adds interest.The Tuffchew is designed for strong chewers and is made from a super tough polymer to outlast ordinary chews.ALSO : (And we're really sad about this!! These items are being discontinued, once the manufacturer stock has run out - so please do order more than you need if you're worried about that.
Only small and XL left now. Plea enote that XL is perfectly fine for labs and retrievers for instance.

This is a very strong chew with indents that your dog can get their teeth into - and that you can squeeze some tasty treats to make it even tastier.
These are chicken flavoured, and very strong.

The Small bone is 11cm by 3cm in the middle. The Medium is 15cm by by 4cm, and the Large/Extra Large is 20cm by 5cm. The width sizes are taken at the middle of the bone - the knuckles are larger.
