These are mixed media creations using a mix of Watercolour, Pencil crayons and textiles.  I usually add a borders around the portraits in Calico fabric with vintage illustrations of dog paraphernalia (click here for large image example). This is something I like to use in most pictures (unless you request otherwise) as it makes them unique.  I try to make each individual portrait unique to suit the subject and no two portraits will look the same. 

I generally make images to two sizes –

29.7cm x 42cm (A3)

21cm x 29.7cm (A4)

And anything slightly bigger/ smaller/ irregular than these sizes!  If you have a specific size in mind I would be happy to discuss that with you.  Portraits are generally done with a calico/fabric border, but again if this can be optional. 

Prices start from £35.00 for the 21cm x 29.7cm size and go up accordingly.  Please email me with your general ideas for your portrait and I can give you an estimate of cost.

Portraits can be done from a favourite photograph/s and can also include a favourite toy etc just to make it more unique.  I prefer working with a couple of photos of your dog from different angles, to get a better idea of markings and features etc.  Although if this isn’t possible I can work from a single picture.  Any Photographs posted to me for reference will be returned.
