Dog and Puppy Training Classes

Our new revised format runs for 5 sessions condensed into 2.5 weeks.

In the 1st class, there are no dogs. This is an education class and serves to explain why your dog is doing what they are doing and why they are not doing what you want them to do. It also outlines how dogs learn, and how the course will progress.

The classes are small - approximately 6 dogs.

Week 1 is a 1.5hr session, and the subsequent 4 sessions are for 1 hour.

This is not a class for problem dogs. It's a class for dogs who are happy and relaxed in the presence of other dogs and people, but where you simply need a more focussed understanding of what to do and why.

The content of the class is customised, as far as possible to meet your requirements. Depending on numbers, they may be suitable for puppies, beginners, and for those older dogs needing a wee bit extra.

Rehab / Behaviour Classes

Re-hab classes are special behaviour classes for those dogs who don't cope well in a normal class environment and who may be overly excitable or aggressive or scared of other dogs. You will have already started your dogs behaviour modification program, and progressed partly thro' that. This allows you to get together with other dogs in a controlled environment to help with your training. Please note that this is not suitable for all problem dogs. The classes will have a maximum of 4 dogs, and are run on an adhoc basis. Prices depend on the group and location.
