We adhere to GDPR rules of privacy.
Your information is shared with no one without your consent (and even then, only with a vet or another behaviourist / trainer).
We do not contact you by any means unless you have explicitly asked to be contacted or we are contacting you regarding an ongoing situation or with some information that will be explicity helpful to your behaviour programme, such as information on a particularly useful workshop.

Regarding the pet shop -
We endeavour to post items on the day you purchase using 1st class royal mail. You will receive an email informing you of when items have been posted. If you don't receive a email - please check your spam and / or please check the email you typed into paypal.
On-line: We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, and paypal account payments. It is not necessary to have a paypal account to pay with your credit / debit card. Even if you have a Paypal account, you can still opt to pay without actually logging into Paypal. We simply use Paypal as a card processing system.
Cheque: if you would like to pay by cheque, please contact us and we'll confirm how much you have to pay. Once your cheque is received, your order will be dispatched.
Sorry, I can no longer take payments over the phone.
Shipping and Dispatch Times.
We aim to post your order today, and most of the time we do manage to achieve that. Occasionally, we're out all day working with training or behaviour clients, and simply can't get to the post office, and occassionally, we get our stock control slightly wrong - please do forgive us - we try our best. We use Royal Mail 1st class post options, so your package should be with your very quickly.
How do I know the order has been received and dispatched?
You will receive an email from Paypal, (our shopping cart provider), and also from us to confirm that we have received your order and the dispatch information. If you do not receive and email within the day (and there is no out of office notice at the top of the page), then please email us. As you know emails do go astray some times. If you do not receive an email from Paypal, please look in your spam. Please do ensure that you use an accurate and valid email address and keep your paypal account up to date.
So, please specifically check your emails - you will be notified by email as soon as your order has been processed, and this will include information regarding expected shipment. This is not an automatically generated email.
On the odd occassion, Paypal cannot verify your address details. This is usually because you've moved recently, or mistyped your address for instance. In this case, we will send you and email asking you to confirm your details, simply to ensure that we are sending the package to the correct address. Again, if you don't hear from us, you may have mis-typed your email - so please contact us.
No fuss Returns Policy :
We aim to stock only the best quality goods. Most have been tried and tested by our own dogs or those of clients, or colleagues, and we hope therefore that you are always entirely satisfied with your product.
Cancelling your purchase : If you are unhappy with your purchase, and it is not faulty or mis-described, then please simply let us know by email, or in writing. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the day of delivery. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense, and you must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you do not return the goods, then we will arrange to have the goods collected, and sorry - but we will charge you for this. If the goods are returned damaged, and this is a result of poor packaging, then, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
Faulty or misdescribed goods: If the goods are faulty or mis-described, please please let us know and return the goods, with their original, undamaged packaging, and we will refund your purchase.
If you are at all worried or concerned about returning your product, or are un-satisfied in any way with the product, please do contact us and we will be happy to discuss the matter with you.
Postage Details and Costs
UK: We normally use Royal Mail first class post. Usually this takes 1-2 working days to arrive with you after we have posted your order, which we will try to do within a day. Once goods are posted by us, any delays will be outwith our control. The current rate for first class post is £3.50 for orders up to £40, and £5.00 for orders up to £75.00. Above £75.00 postage is free.
Bulky or International Shipment charges
Sometimes we are able to absorb the cost of shipping bulky items or shipping items outside the UK. It really depends on the weight. For light weight items like Tick Twisters, or gentle leaders or easy walk harnesses etc, there is usually no additional charge. We will calculate this once we receive your order and may send a further invoice requesting a further payment. As a guide, small packets within the EU are usually ok, but shipments to the US, for instance usually carry an additional cost from £2.65 - £10. Sorry, but we can no longer absorb this cost. We are ofcourse, perfectly happy to refund your order if the additional shipping cost is unaccecptable. Apologies again too for not having this measure implemented within the system.
CURRENCY: All prices are shown in GB Pounds and include VAT (at a rate of 20%).
DELIVERY INFORMATION : Pawsability will try to dispatch your order within 1 working days for all in-stock items. We will let you know as soon as possible if the item is out of stock. Pawsability cannot accept any responsibility for any delays once goods have been posted with the Royal Mail.
DELAYED ORDERS: If your item is not in stock, we will keep you informed about this delay, by email, giving you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In addition we will email you when your purchase is dispatched.
TAX CHARGES: All orders include VAT.
CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD SECURITY: Your order is completely and securely processed by Paypal. No credit/debit card numbers are stored by Pawsability.
GUARANTEE: Guarantees are based on the manufacturers guarantee.
