October ..... Fireworks!! With the fireworks season nearly here, please do look at our Help with Fireworks Fear note. It is too late to work on desensitisation now, but it's not too late to get a DAP (or the new much cheaper Calming Collar). If you are at all worried, please do talk with your vet. We also have a great Fireworks Fear Booklet that will help you to understand what's going on in your dog's head..... Another thought that may help to calm your dog or puppy is the Canine Lullaby CD. |

November .....Safety with Flashing and Reflective Collars Great news!!! We've finally managed to track down a quality flashing collar that has 3 different flash modes - fast, slow and on. This is a perfect collar for those of us who just don't like that strobic effect when walking. Click here for all our flashing dog collars. |
