Canine Partners aims to transform the lives of people with disabilities by providing them with highly trained assistance dogs. Canine Partners are now running successfully in Scotland. If you would like to help in any way, or become a Puppy Parent or help with fostering, then please contact Senga Thorpe 07504 229514. Puppy parents look after a puppy for about a year - you must be able to attend classes once a week - the training is very interesting, covering all sorts of things which you're puppy will need to be able to do to help their Partner, such as picking up the phone, getting the washing out of the machine etc. The puppy then goes onto advanced training.
