The thundershirt is a drug free, training free way to quickly calm your dog. It was invented to calm dogs scared of fireworks and thunder (fear of both these things and of gun shots is a common theme of noise phobic dogs).
How does the thundershirt work?
Well, we'd rather call it a "cuddle coat". It fits snuggly around the dogs body to provide constant and gentle pressure. TTouch practitioners believe in touch and pressure as a way of calming dogs, and there are some experts who believe in this calm, pressure as a way of calming dogs anxiety.

- If you have problems handling your dog, or putting their collar on/ lead on etc, or if your dog is aggressive or bitey in any way, then please do see a qualified behaviourist.
